No, you don’t have to perform with your group. But the DJ will play lots and lots of songs that you know choreos to from your class. And we are working right now in your class on the halftime show! Of course everyone on the dance floor will dance along to that!

Single tickets; these are for 1 person and cost €17.50 (Level 0,1,2) & €20 (Level 3+)
Duo tickets; these give access for 2 people and cost € 30,- (Level 0,1,2) & € 35,- (Level 3+)

Clothing for the Fiesta Workout

Above all, wear what you feel comfortable in. Whether that’s a yoga outfit or shorts, we don’t care. The only thing we recommend are aerobics or fitness shoes. This way you have a better grip on the dance floor and make quick moves the easiest.

Decide when to come Your busy schedule is jam-packed. You have your hands full with studies or work, and also you sometimes prefer to meet up with your friends during our classes. This is why we work with strip cards of 10 lessons. That way you connect when you want and pay only when you attend. Even if you decide to skip a class at the last minute.

What clothes do you put on?

Your body needs to move freely. Therefore, most dancers wear looser clothing, such as an oversized T-shirt and hoodie. Pair it with sweatpants or leggings, you decide. The only thing we recommend are sneakers with grip.

Cool tip: DéDé Dance has its own clothing line. For example, we have cool leggings and sweaters that look perfect with an urban outfit. Our teacher will be happy to tell you more about it in class.

What clothes do you put on for Classic?

We are a real dance family and like to show that with our outfits. Therefore, everyone wears clothing from our own line. The basics are always the same: you wear a black ballet outfit with the DéDé Dance logo on it, pink tights and wear real ballet shoes underneath. The rest is entirely up to you! Mix your outfit with leg warmers, a cardigan or tutu. In this way, show your personality to us.

When can I show what I have learned?

Every 10 weeks you will practice a choreography created by our experienced teachers. During the lessons you will learn more and more pieces of the dance. In the last week, you will have mastered the complete routine. Your parents and friends need to know that, of course! Invite them to a performance and show them what you have been training so hard for over the past period. You are sure to blow them away.

Public performances Performing in front of an audience is exciting, but incredibly fun. That’s why DéDé makes sure you can show your dancing talent to everyone. For example, you might perform during St. Nicholas or on King’s Day. And then not only for your parents, but also for people you don’t know. Of course that includes a beautiful costume and tutu.

Time for some really good dancing!

Danceballet and Urban are all about dancing with your girlfriends. You always stay in your fun group dancing, regardless of your level. For girls seeking more of a challenge, there is the demo team. But they too continue to dance cozily in their regular group.

You may always take several classes a week, and some locations even allow you to try out different styles. By dancing more often, you will quickly grow in dance level. This challenge is there for everyone! Ask your dance instructor for more information about options.

Dance ballet is not the only class taught by the eighty teachers at DéDé Dance. Other dance forms are also covered. For example, there is a classical ballet class, also called Classic, for ballet enthusiasts. We also teach Urban dance. At our main location in Veldhoven, we also give Fiesta Workout for Latin lovers.

Which dance form suits you

DéDé Classic – Classic ballet à la 2024 with techniques from traditional classical ballet, complete with tendu’s, plies and piano music.
DéDé Danceballet – Talented teachers teach you a unique way to move. Not hip-hop, modern dance or street dance, but its own style bursting with energy.
DéDé Urban – Hip-hop, Afro and street dance: it all comes together in urban dance.
DéDé Fiesta Workout – Build fitness and strength during the workout and dance like a Latin American. With the movements from salsa, merengue and samba, you train all the muscle groups in your body.

All children may participate Leergeld focuses on preventing the social exclusion of children from families with minimal financial resources, by enabling these children to participate again in indoor and extracurricular activities. Tuition money provides opportunities for children ages 4 to 18 to participate in indoor and extracurricular activities.

These may include activities for children in the areas of education, sports, culture or welfare, such as joining school trips, music lessons or joining a sports or scouting club. Leergeld thus offers these children a springboard, allowing them to flourish, develop knowledge and skills and gain self-esteem.

From what age can I register?

Dancing at DéDé Dance is for everyone. Whole generations went to dance ballet as small children and still dance here. For example, our ages vary between 1.5 and 62 at Danceballet. At Classic you may start from age 6 and Urban we teach from age 10. There is always a class and level that suits you. And so always a group where you dance with your peers. We also adapt the exercises and dancing accordingly. That way there is challenge every time, but you never find it too difficult.

How many new dances do you learn per period?

You will learn a fun new dance every 10 weeks

DéDé Dance’s unique formula revolves around the structure of the classes. You will learn a new dance every 10 weeks, but in addition you will work structurally to build your fitness, improve your flexibility and make your muscles stronger. You will have time to practice that hottest new choreography to perfection. And all at your own level, with modern music that suits you.

What clothes do you put on?

During the trial class, you may put on something in which you move easily. A pair of leggings with a shirt is all right. And if you don’t have dance shoes yet, you may just dance barefoot.

Are you not yet 6? Then you dance in the color light pink. You then have on a plain pink ballet outfit, which you combine with a light pink tutu, tights, leg warmers and/or a cardigan.

For ages 6 and up, wear black and bright pink dancewear. DéDé dancewear is exclusively available in our webshop DéDé Dance Wear. Orders you will receive for free through the class. How convenient is that!

Once a week you go all out dancing. Together with the instructor, you will first repeat the steps from previous lessons and work on new moves. For 10 weeks, a new dance will take center stage each time, so you will learn great choreography step by step to the latest music.
