General conditions

• Registration with DéDé Dance is done by filling out the form completely, signing it and handing it to the teacher.
• The registration fee is €8.50

• A membership with DéDé Dance can begin at any time.
• At the start of registration, tuition is based on the following:
  start until the 15th of the month = full month tuition;
  start from the 16th of the month - half month tuition.
• Hoogte van het lesgeld:
  Dreumesles (45 minuten) € 26,- p/mnd
  Danceballet & Urban € 31,50 t/m 17 jaar – € 32,50 vanaf 18 jaar
• All amounts are due and paid in advance. Payment of tuition/registration fees is by direct debit on the 1st of the month.
• The 4th dance lesson within 1 family, living at the same address, is free. A discounted rate applies to dance classes thereafter.
• Cancellations can be made monthly, by mail to info@dededance.nl. The mail must be received by us no later than the 20th of the month.
• If the cancellation is received after the 20th of the month, the following month will be charged.
• In case of non timely receipt of the amount due, for example due to reversal or insufficient balance, the collection will be offered again on the next collection date. A €7.50 administration fee will be charged for this. The student has 2 weeks to pay the amount due. If the student remains in default after these 2 weeks, the direct debit will be stopped and an invoice will be created for the outstanding tuition. Costs are € 4.50 per invoice.
• In case of absence due to illness or other reasons, refunds are not possible. Missed classes can be followed in a different class or location. Please consult with the teacher for this or contact the main office.
• Once every 4 years a one-time contribution is requested for costumes for the theater performances. You will be informed about this amount in advance. The amount will be debited automatically.

• DéDé Dance reserves the right to change class times and place.
• During school vacations and days off there will be no classes, this is already included in the tuition fee.
  For the Danceballet classes in Veldhoven there are classes during the summer vacations. There is a special summer schedule. You will receive information about this via the lesson. The payment for Veldhoven continues.
• All classes have event lessons several times a year. Denk hierbij aan kijkles, kijkkwartier eo Dance Friends lessen. Announcement takes place via Social Media & MeDéDélingen.
• Wij behouden het voorrecht om bij te weinig animo/aanwezige leerlingen de les te cancelen. Ook bij extreme weersomstandigheden behouden wij het recht lessen te cancelen. Uiteraard mogen lessen altijd worden ingehaald.

DéDé Danceballet

For the mini students until level 1:

• Light pink leotard
• Light pink ballet tights (optional)
• Pink floppy ballet slippers (optional)
  For students ages 6 and up
• Dancewear in the color black with fuchsia pink
• Soft balletslippers or bare feet
• Due to safety there will be no dancing on socks

DéDé Urban

• Sweatpants or legging in the color black
• T-shirt or hoodie in the colours black, white or fuchsia
• Sneakers with clean soles
• Preferably, you should wear clothing from DéDé Dance Wear. This is available at www.dededancewear.nl

General

• Hair tied back so it does not hang in your face
• No jewelery (small ear studs/rings are allowed)
• No chewing gum

• By signing the registration form, you consent to the use of photo and film material of you or your child for communication, promotion and internal coaching purposes of DéDé Dance.
• By signing the registration form, you sign up to receive the MeDéDéling sent by mail. In this way, you will be informed of all the DéDéDé news that is important to our students and their parents. In this way you will be informed about all the DéDé news that is important for our students and their parents.
• By signing the registration form you give permission to participate in the group app. Through this group app you will be informed about important information regarding the dance class of you or your child.

• Fysieke correcties door de docente tijdens de les zijn essentieel/bruikbaar om technieken aan te leren. Geef atlijd duidelijk aan wanneer je dit niet prettig vindt.

• Temporary discontinuation of tuition can only be done in consultation with DéDé Dance headquarters and for a maximum period of 3 months.
• Temporarily stopping your subscription is only possible in case of:
• Injury
• Operation
• Pregnancy

• Following any program or course components and/or activities of DéDé Dance, is entirely at your own risk.
• DéDé Dance accepts no liability for material or immaterial damage resulting from an accident or injury to a student.
• DéDé Dance accepts no liability for damage, loss or theft of property of the student. 

• The student is deemed to be aware of the general terms and conditions of DéDé Dance and to act accordingly.

• Mochten er vragen, zorgen of mogelijke meldingen m.b.t. tot de danslessen gemaakt worden in vertrouwen is er een vertrouwenscontactpersoon binnen DéDé Dance. Hiervoor kan contact op worden genomen met mw. Jolanda Coolen – jolanda@dededance.nl
• Tijdens de lessen staan de mobiele telefoons op stil, tenzij de docente specifiek toestemming geeft voor bijvoorbeeld het filmen van een choreografie.
• Zorg ervoor dat je op tijd bent zodat de les tijdig kan starten.
• Een goede DéDé’er is een nette DéDé’er; dus we gaan netjes om met de locatie en zijn zuinig op andermans eigendommen.

• Toon altijd respect voor elkaar. Luister naar de aanwijzingen van de docente en stoor de les niet.
• Pesten wordt niet getolereerd. Iedereen moet zich veilig en geaccepteerd voelen ongeacht dansniveau, achtergrond of lichaamsbouw.
• Bij DéDé is iedereen dan ook welkom in de DéDé familie.
