DéDé Dance is active at several locations, each with its own speciality. In Son & Breugel, the focus is entirely on DéDé Danceballet — a stylish blend of classical ballet and modern dance for dancers aged 3 to 16 and over.
Are you aged 16 or over, or would you rather let loose with DéDé Urban? You are welcome at one of our other locations.

Of course, you can always dance with us! If you are between 2 and 5 years old, you can even take 2 free trial lessons to see if it suits you!
Are you totally into the dance style after your trial lesson(s) at DéDé Dance? Do you feel this is your thing? If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask your instructor. Once everything is clear and you are eager to begin, ask your instructor for an enrollment form.
Once enrolled, you will receive a confirmation email from us. But if you can’t wait to get started, take a peek at our DéDé Dancewear webshop, where we have a collection for every dance style.
During the trial class, you may put on something in which you move easily. A pair of leggings with a shirt is all right. And if you don’t have dance shoes yet, you may just dance barefoot.
Are you not yet 6? Then you dance in the color light pink. You then have on a plain pink ballet outfit, which you combine with a light pink tutu, tights, leg warmers and/or a cardigan.
For ages 6 and up, wear black and bright pink dancewear. DéDé dancewear is exclusively available in our webshop DéDé Dance Wear. Orders you will receive for free through the class. How convenient is that!

Dancing is the most enjoyable way to stay active
After an energetic start to the class, the real dance party begins. We revisit previous choreographies and learn new dance steps. Sometimes we work towards a performance, while other times we simply dance for fun — but always in a warm and welcoming group atmosphere.
Everyone belongs, young or old, big or small. Having fun comes first, and that is the special DéDé Dance Son & Breugel atmosphere we are proud to preserve.
Dance fun for everyone means always being part of a group that suits you. Whether you are a complete beginner or already have experience, you can easily join in. Together, you learn new moves, build your confidence and make friends for life.

Performances in the village
The best thing about dancing? Performing, of course! Every year, our dance classes from Son & Breugel take to the stage at events such as the Zittingsavonden and the Dansfestival.
We work towards these performances together and create an unforgettable show as a team. At DéDé Dance, it is all about having fun and bringing a positive attitude — and that is why everyone can take part.
Experience the family feeling
Whether you are a toddler or a teenager, at DéDé Dance you belong and we are one big family. The youngest dancers look up to the older girls, while the older dancers are always happy to look after the younger groups.

highly trained instructors.
Our instructors, Nienke and Lisa, train in a dedicated teachers’ group to refine their skills and continue developing as dancers. They have also completed an in-house training programme based entirely on the DéDé Dance philosophy: enthusiastic, versatile and accessible.
Alongside their dance skills, they also develop their teaching expertise: how do you explain dance movements in a way that helps students learn? They gain insight into the development of children and teenagers, ensuring that every class is perfectly suited to the age group.
This means you will always be taught in a way that suits you.
Everyone can dance!
At DéDé Dance Son & Breugel, everyone can find a group that suits them, from toddlers to teenagers. We offer dance classes for different age groups: 3 to 5, 6 to 8, 9 to 12 and 12 to 16 years.
Even our youngest dancers can start from the age of three. Through playful exercises, they learn new movements — for example with the mouse game, which helps them gradually become more flexible. This way, children can discover the joy of dancing even before they start primary school.
Dancing is the most enjoyable way to stay active. We offer classes for toddlers, preschoolers, children, teenagers and young adults. If there is enough interest, we will also start classes for adults in Son & Breugel.

De Boerderij in Son & Breugel is a modern building designed in the style of a traditional farmhouse. It hosts a wide range of fun activities for children, teenagers and adults, including dance classes taught by our instructors Lisa and Nienke.
